FAQ

Here, we address common questions our clients frequently have about our bioinformatics services.

General Questions

What bioinformatics services do you offer?

We specialize in mutation effect analysis on protein structure and phenotype, including protein structure prediction, mutation impact prediction, and custom bioinformatics analysis.

Who can benefit from your services?

Our services are designed for researchers, hospitals, academic institutions, and more, who need detailed bioinformatics analysis related to protein mutations and their effects.

What data do you need from us to perform the analysis?

We typically require the protein sequence and mutation details. While we perform comprehensive analyses and aim to answer various predefined questions (as you can see here), you can add any specific research questions you need addressed. Additional data, such as experimental results, can also enhance the analysis.

How do I get started with your services?

To get started, please fill out the form where you can provide your personal information, details about your protein of interest, and the mutation you want to explore. Finally, complete the payment. You can also add any details or comments at each stage. For more detailed instructions on using the getReprot Form, click here. You can also read more about the getReprot pipeline here.

If you have custom requirements, you can contact us through our website or email to discuss your project needs. We will then provide a customized proposal and timeline based on your requirements.

Service-Specific Questions

How do you analyze the impact of mutations on protein structure?

We use advanced computational tools and databases to predict changes in protein structure caused by mutations. This includes modeling the 3D structure and assessing changes in stability, function, and interaction with other molecules.

What databases and tools do you use for your analysis?

We utilize a range of databases such as PDB, UniProt, KEGG, ChEMBL, and STRING. Our tools include molecular modeling software, AI-based prediction algorithms, and custom pipelines developed in-house.

How do you ensure the accuracy of your predictions?

Our predictions are based on validated computational methods and cross-referenced with multiple databases. We also perform rigorous quality checks and provide confidence scores for our predictions.

Logistical Questions

What is the typical turnaround time for an analysis?

Full comprehensive analysis report takes 2-4 days.

How much do your services cost?

Full comprehensive analysis for your protein  including results interpretation, method, references and high-quality images with descriptions is cost 100 usd dollars

For adding mutation analysis – each mutation will cost up to 25 usd dollars.  (As the number of mutations increases, the price per mutation decreases. You can see the prices of the mutations in the getReprot form.)

How do you handle data privacy and confidentiality?

We take data privacy and confidentiality seriously. All client data is securely stored and processed, and we are committed to ensuring your information remains confidential.

Support and Follow-Up

Do you provide support after delivering the analysis?

Yes, we offer follow-up support to answer any questions you may have. We also provide detailed reports and can assist with further analysis if needed.

How can I contact you if I have more questions?

You can reach us via email, or through our website's contact form. We are always here to assist you with any inquiries you may have.
